Health Condition 1: null- New sputum positive patients

Intervention1: Patients in intervention group will be treated with Risorine kit: (one Risorine capsule [Rifampicin 200mg + Isoniazid 300mg + Piperine 10mg] + one tablet of Ethambutol 800mg + two table

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who is willing to give informed consent and sputum positive patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women and Patient who is unwilling to participate in the trial
