Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age > 18 yrs. 2)Newly diagnosed c pre-diabetes i.e. IFG 100 - 125 mg/dl & IGT 140 - 199 md/dl) 3)Able & willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Current use of oral hypoglycemic drug 2)Prior use of medication to treat diabetes Except G.D. 3)Have been diagnosed c DM by result of FPG ( > 126 mg / dl) 4)Abnormal LFT 5)Present with kidney failure 6)Received any Herbal medication for DM or Prediabetes with in 1 Mouth. 7)Pregnancy & lactation 8)Previously participated in any other clinical trial with in one month 9)HIV or AIDS pts. 10)Known allergic reaction to ingredient or PDBT. 11) Any other serious life threatning condition.
