Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?· Patients who are admitted with the complaints of Non Healing cutaneous ulcer of 3 months or more duration ï?· Ulcers sustained due to burns and scalds of any duration with area less than 10 percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vulnerable groups ï?· Syphilitic, Lepromatous and Tuberculous ulcers ï?· Patients with severe neurological damage or arterial obstruction characterized by profound Anaesthesia and deep excruciatingly painful ulcers involving the muscles. ï?· Patients with complications of severe pyogenic infections indicated by copious discharge ï?· Patients with severe destruction to the tissue architecture.
