Inclusion criteria: preterm newborn requiring resuscitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?? Multiple gestation ï?? Antenatally detected major congenital anamolies ï?? Delivery to Rh negative mothers ï?? cord prolapse ï?? Hydrops ï?? Umbilical cord abnormalities like true knot
