Inclusion criteria: Normally healthy persons except over weight/obesity Capability to perform simple yoga practices General Health score >3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women Physically handicapped Cannot read write English Surgeries& medically restricted conditions Regular yoga practitioners
