Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients diagnosed with BPAD according to DCR-10 criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not in remission 2. Patients diagnosed with Organic mental disorders as per DCR-10 3. Patients not giving consent for the study.
