Health Condition 1: null- Who will be undergoing spine surgery in prone position without any other co-morbidity

Intervention1: Hetastarch 6%: 500 ml of hetastarch 6% given over 10 min
paramters such as SBP, MBP. DBP, CI etc will be measure before and after fluid infusion.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -ASA physical status I-II -Elective spine surgery in prone position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients of ASA Physical Status III-IV -Patients with age 65 years -Pregnant patients -Patients with BMI >40 or -Patients with cardiovascular disease such as arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease -Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
