Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of both genders, age group of 18 to 60 years, ASA grade I â?? III, will be included in this study. Hess and hunt grade I â?? IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severely impaired left ventricular function (EF 18), with renal impairment, with liver impairment, H/O recent myocardial infarction (within 6 weeks), H/O cardiac surgery (within previous three months), patients having H/O repeated coronary surgery, having associated heart block.
