Health Condition 1: null- American Society of Anaesthesiology grade I-III patients who are between 18-65years undergoing elective surgery in supine position under general anaesthesia.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade 1-3 patients undergoing elective surgery in supine position under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, obesity (BMI >25) and local pathology at site of measurement.

To determine the limits of agreement between Non Invasive Blood Pressure(NIBP) measurements by NIBP cuffs placed at the arm and the ankle.Timepoint: Five paired measurements will be made at different time intervals during the course of anaesthesia.—
