Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patientâ??s attending surgery OPD. b. Uncomplicated symptomatic bilateral inguinal hernia c. Consent for operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Patient unfit for general anaesthesia. b. Below 20 yrs and above 70yrs. c. Previous lower abdominal surgery. d. Pregnancy. e. Past history of malignancy. f. Complicated Hernia (Obstruction/emergency presentations) g. Severe Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms. h. Morbid Obesity i. Uncorrected coagulopathy
