Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infrequent relapse nephrotic syndrome; No previously intake of any steroid sparing agent; Informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe leucopenia (leucocytes 50 IU/L), or any active infection
