Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 consecutive neonates and infants posted for surgery under general anaesthesia will be recruited in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbid illness, hemodynamically instability and with known airway anomaly
