Intervention1: YOGA AND MEDITATION: cases will continue receiving their anti glaucoma medication daily ,in addition will also undergo yoga on daily basis for minimum 3 weeks Control Intervention1: ANT

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma and Primary angle closure glaucoma with moderate to advanced visual field changes[H.P.A classification] • Age > 40 years • Visual Acuity of the Better eye >= 6/60 • Conversant in Hindi or English. • Consent to attend the complete course of meditation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients having other co-morbid ocular conditions other than glaucoma contributing to visual loss • Patients having chronic systemic diseases that could significantly affect QOL • Patients with any ocular surgery in previous 3 months • Patients on medical therapy for any other illnesses • Patients already practicing yoga or meditation in any form • Patients who are deaf or communication impaired.
