Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who are having Pterygium (fibrovascular overgrowth of conjunctival tissue upon cornea) were enrolled in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: active conjunctival infection or inflammation, symblepharon, past ocular surgery or trauma within last 6 months, known diabetes mallitus, known collagen vascular disease, age below18 years and age above 60 years, pregnancy, any known bleeding disorder.
