Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Renal stone >2 c.m, 1.5 c.m if lower pole stone, any size stone that are ESWL resistant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 14 years and comorbodities such as hypertension , diabetes, renal insufficiency untreated coagulopathy and radiolucent stone
