Health Condition 1: null- patients with recurrent minor oral aphthous ulcer on buccal mucosa.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients giving history of recurrent ulcers in the oral cavity with at least 3 episodes per year and with no signs of any systemic disease. 2. Patients above 15 years with apparently normal immune system. 3. Ulcers only on buccal mucosa of size less than 1cm were being taken to consideration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any systemic disease which can cause aphthous ulcer like lesion, typically conditions like gastro intestinal disorder (ulcerative colitis, Cohnâ??s disease, hematological disease, nutritional disease and allergic condition) were excluded. 2. Patients who had applied any topical corticosteroid, topical antimicrobial drug or any other topical medication to the area of treatment within two weeks prior to the trial. 3. Patient having any other mucosal lesions or ulcers other than recurrent minor aphthous ulcer. 4. Pregnancy and lactating mother. 5. Patients with known drug hypersensitivity. 6. Patients undergoing orthodontic therapy 7. Patients on non steroidal anti inflammatory agents or systemic steroids a day before the study. 8.patients with alcohol and tobacco use

| 1. The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the pain and the healing of minor aphthous ulcer by a medication using 5% Amlexanox and using Low Level Laser Therapy. 2. The objective of this study is also to compare the therapeutic benefits of Amlexanox 5% & Low Level Laser Therapy in treatment of minor aphthous ulcers. Timepoint: 1. The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the pain and the healing of minor aphthous ulcer by a medication using 5% Amlexanox and using Low Level Laser Therapy after 3rd and 7th day. 2.
