Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with primary pterygium > 1mm onto cornea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ocular suface disorders like dry eyes, meibomian gland dysfunction,lagophthalmos Major systemic diseases like collagen vascular disorders and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
