Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| PRIMARY OUTCOME: The overall incidence, timing, and characteristics of thromboembolic events (venous or arterial) in adult patients of advanced stage non small cell lung cancer treated with platinum-based chemotherapy. Timepoint: At the baseline and end of the study(4 weeks from the last dose of chemotherapy) or earlier in case of development of a thromboembolic event . | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| SECONDARY OUTCOME: Secondary objectives are to analyze the prognostic value of baseline and treatment characteristics in predicting the occurrence of a thromboembolic events in patients of advanced stage non small cell lung cancer treated with platinum-based chemotherapy. Timepoint: At the baseline and end of the study(4 weeks from the last dose of chemotherapy) or earlier in case of development of a thromboembolic event . | — |
