Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery requiring DLT for lung isolation, with CL IIB view at with standard scope CL II A view and 1 failed attempt at passing the DLT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent(deferred consent) Age less than18 years. History of difficult or impossible mask ventilation. ASA grade 3 Emergency cases Patients with full stomach for rapid sequence induction
