Inclusion criteria: person willing to sign the written consent Person who are not involved in any other similar trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults aged below 18 and above 24 years Person not interested and who refuse to sign the consent person on weight reduction program Person with serious health issues
