Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Age group 18-60 years •ASA I & II •Patients posted for craniotomy in sitting position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with severe cardiac & renal disease •Patients with proven ASD/VSD on TEE •Orthodeoxia •Patients with ventriculo-atrial shunts •Patients already diagnosed with patent foramen ovale or diagnosed intraoperatively by TEE

â?¢To observe the circulatory changes during positioning in patients undergoing craniotomy in sitting positionTimepoint: Hemodynamic changes in 30 degrees ,60 degrees and final sitting position

â?¢ To measure the inferior vena cava diameter as a marker of preload. â?¢ To see any correlation between changes in IVC diameter and cardiac output Timepoint: changes in cardiac output and ivc diameter in 30 degees ,60 degrees and final sitting position
