Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Diagnosis: - Histopathological or cytological proven NSCLC. • PS: - 3, 4 • Chemotherapy naive. • Intent of therapy is palliative. • Age > 18 years

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the factors affecting the outcome (Overall Survival) of all NSCLC patients with compromised PS (PS2) whether offered treatment or not. Timepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Evaluate if active therapy improves the quality of life of patients with NSCLC with compromised PS 2) Evaluate the toxicity of treatment administered to patients with NSCLC with compromised PS. Timepoint: 6 months
