Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult ( >18 year ) patients with germ cell tumor ( Testicular and Mediastinal ) taking treatment at and ready to follow at TMH.

As per the results of this study further measures will be suggested for : a) early diagnosis of germ cell tumors b) improving outcome c) compliance for regular follow up c) detection and treatment early and late toxicities d) finally work towards forming guidelines for Indian patients for diagnosis , treatment and follow up of GCT patients . .Timepoint: After five year results of study will be analyzed for disease free survival , overall survival , long term toxicities and its treatment and compliance of follow up. | — |
