Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Singleton pregnancy 2) Gestational age >37 weeks 3) Cephalic Presentation 4) Previous one lower segment cesarean section
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous classical cesarean section. 2) Previous uterine surgery- myomectomy/hysterotomy 3) Intrauterine death/congenital malformation of fetus 4) Inter-delivery interval 5) Recurrent indication 6) Associated medical or surgical problems 7) Placenta praevia 8) Cephalopelvic disproportion. 9) Previous cesarean with J shaped /T shaped incision.
