Health Condition 1: null- Coronary artery disease

Interventions

Intervention1: Levosimendan: An inotrope with coronary dilator. It will be started intravenously after sternotomy at a loading dose of 10mic/kg/min for 10 minutes followed by an infusion at 0.1mic/kg/

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coronary artery disease with diastolic dysfunction undregoing coronary artery bypass grafting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in cardiogenic shock, in sepsis, in renal/hepatic/respiratory failure, not willing to be part of the study

ICU stayTimepoint: Once the patient is shifted to the ICU, the duration of ICU stay, mechanical ventialtion and secondary complications will be noted
