Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cooperative children with Downs syndrome, able to understand and obey the simple command
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who has any injury in the hand or leg in the past 6 months and other conditions which prevent from taking part in the study
