Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 20-30 years Hemoglobin is above 11 gm/dl Middle socio-economic income group
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of chronic ailment Taking any iron preparation already at the time of enrollment.
