Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having skeletal classII and classIII deformities requiring bimaxillary or maxillary or mandibular surgery consisting of Either setback or advancement of jaws.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe orofacial abnormalities such as cleft lip and palate. Medically Compromised Patients .
