Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hunt and Hess Grade I-III and WFNS Grade I-II ASA I-III (including patients with hypertension & Diabetes mellitus)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Posterior circulation aneurysm (2)Any comorbidities other than hypertension or diabetes (i.e. Coronary artery Disease, COPD, Hepatic and Renal impairment) (3) Patients in septic shock (4) Prolonged surgery ( >5 hours) (5)Intra operative adverse event causing hemodynamic instability
