Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage III-IV oropharyngeal cancer 2. Advanced nodal disease (N2-N3) 3. Histologically proven Squamous cell carcinoma. 4. Age >18. 5. Fit for radical treatment 6. Karnofsky Performance Score >70 7. No prior history of therapeutic irradiation. 8. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastatic disease on presentation 2. Prior history of malignancy 3. Pregnancy and lactating women 4. Patients who has received NACT 5. Reirradiation 6. Allergy to CT contrast 7. Deranged Renal function test (RFT)
