Health Condition 1: null- adult patients admited for diagnostic and interventional procedures in the DSA Suite who require endotracheal intubation as a part of General Anesthesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After approval from Institutional Ethics Committee and obtaining informed consent from the patients or their nearest relation, the study will be conducted in 40 patients, aged 18-65 years of either sex.Patients who are scheduled to undergo neurodiagnostic or neurointerventional procedures with the use of DSA under general anaesthesia will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient refusal or inability to consent gastroesophageal reflux emergency intubation known difficult intubation c-spine abnormalities body mass index greater than 35 upper airway tumor trauma or infection ASA Class IV or V contraindication to neuromuscular blockade
