Intervention1: Application of Amniotic Membrane, Amniotic Fluid and Placental Dressing: Freshly collected amniotic membrane, amniotic fluid and placeta, obtained immediately after a Caesarean Section

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients, both male and female, in the age group of 10 to 70 years, sustaining burn injuries, whether accidental, suicidal or homicidal, irrespective of degree of burns, total body surface area (TBSA) involved, are taken as trial subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children below 10 years, patients older than 70 years, pregnant women, immunocompromised patients, patients under steroid therapy.
