Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Established cases of Connective Tissue Diseases, which include Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Sclerosis, Dermatomyositis, Polymyositis, and Mixed Connective Tissue Diseases. • Patients willing to give consent to undergo the tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient not willing to give consent. • Patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus. • Patients with Ocular Surface Diseases other than dry eye. • Patients with active ocular infection and with lid and adnexal abnormalities. • Contact lens users • Patients who have undergone intraocular surgery in the past six months. • Patients on antipsychotic medication, anti cholinergic medication and anti glaucoma medication.
