Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-60 years Elevated CRP Joint pain more than 5 joints Willing to give blood sample for the investigation Psoriatic arthropathy Ankylosing Spondylitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis with RA factor positive SLE ASO positive History of trauma Vulnerable Populations such as pregnant women, Lactating mothers, TB affected individuals, HIV positive.
