Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients should have 16 or more teeth with minimum 10 teeth had pocket of 5mm or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients didnot have history of any systemic illness. 2.There are no history of sealing of dental treatment and antibiotic usage in the last 6 months.
