Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • All patients above 55years with sufficient visualization of retina for FA and OCT examination are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Diabetic Retinopathy • Macular Pucker • Inflammatory Diseases • Macular Holes • Myopia Of More Than 2 Diopters • SynchisisScintillans, Even When Combined With AMD.

MeasureTime frame
â?¢ Main outcome measures were the number of eyes with complete posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) by ultrasound and the number of eyes with central vitreomacular adhesion by OCT.Timepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the state of the posterior vitreous in exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD) with, eyes with nonexudative AMD and controls. Inducing PVD may provide prophylactic benefit against exudative AMD. Timepoint: 1 year
