Pain severity was assessed with the help of a 10cms (100 mms) vertical VAS (visual analogue scale) with the end points of 0 rated as no pain and 100 as intolerable pain.Timepoint: Immediately after removing 5 achrocordons

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary efficacy outcome were measured as the proportions of subjects having complete anesthesia at the site of anesthetic cream application after 30-minute interval.Timepoint: Immediately after removing 5 achrocordons
