Intervention1: MFR (Myo Fascial Release)and MET (Muscle Energy Technique): MET and MFR was given to the subjects five days/week for four weeks. Intraocular pressure was assessed with Tonometer Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Primary open angle glaucoma 2.Cooperative 3.Able to understand and follow simple commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not willing to spend for 4 weeks treatment 2. Glaucoma associated with other metabolic syndromes
