Inclusion criteria: Anesthesiologists working in operation room Participants willing to give written informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic liver disease 2. Chronic renal disease 3. Hematological disease 4. Known history of cholecalciferol, calcium and methylcobalamine deficiency 5. Treatment with antitubercular drugs,antiepileptic drugs or steroids in the previous 3 months
