Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals receiving either of the modalities of radiation for head and neck tumors where the auditory system is included in the field of radiation. 2.Individuals coming for atleast 3 months follow up. 3.Individuals willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have congenital hearing loss. have undergone otological surgery in the past. have a hearing loss of more than 55 dB prior to therapy.
