Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed consent agreed upon 2.ASA physical status I and II patients 3.Age > 18years 4.Short duration surgeries ( ICA radiotherapy procedures, short endoscopy urology procedures, surface surgeries like breast surgeries, short orthopedic surgeries)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Refusal to consent 2)BMI > 30 3)Cervical spine disease 4)Anticipated difficult airway.,(MPC grade 3 or 4,small mouth opening bucked teeth, short neck, restricted neck movements)
