Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menstruating women 18 years and above those who have breast pain more than 3 month, cyclical or A-cyclical, uni or bilateral, and not on any hormonal treatment including OCP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who are already practicing regular yoga,post menopausal and with any malignancy.
