Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Adolescents (13-17 yrs.) suffering from advanced Cancer with adequate symptom control and have been referred to palliative care will be recruited with assent of ill children and consent of their parents or primary care givers • Adolescent patients who can read, write and communicate in Hindi/ English/ Marathi language • Adolescent patients recruited will be from Mumbai i.e. locals, or out station patients staying in Mumbai with some close relatives or in an accommodation facilitated through the hospital or patients who plan to be in Mumbai throughout the duration of the study. • Patients with fair general condition and doing well going to school or college with performance score ECOG 0 -2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients who cannot read, write and communicate in Hindi/ English/ Marathi
