Intervention1: One minute sit to stand test: Normal subjects will be subjected to one minute sit to stand test. Subjects will be asked to sit to stand in an armless chair of 40 inches height in 60 sec

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 30 - 80 years 2. Both genders 3. Healthy certified by primary care physician 4. Knows local language (Tamil) and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No cardiovascular disease 2. No neuromuscular diseases 3. No orthopedic impairements 4. No recent surgery less than 3 months
