Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I& II, Age group between 18 and 65 years, Body Mass Index 25-30 kg/mt2, Hemodynamically stable, Unilateral mandibular angle fractures presenting with acute pain and trismus
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to mandibular nerve block, Requirement for rapid sequence induction, Absent incisors, end organ dysfunction, Past history of limited mouth opening, Pregnant patients, known psychiatric disorders, recent analgesic, sedative, or muscle relaxant consumption.
