Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • One lung anaesthesia • Intraoperative hypotension requiring fluid bolus/ vasopressor/ blood products & requiring a decrease in anaesthetic delivered • Usage of Air/O2 mix: • ICU patient/ Emergency patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.refusal of consent 2.ongoing psychiatric medication 3.altered sensorium 4. language barrier.
