Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing urogynaecological oncosurgery ASA-1 and ASA-2 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological disease, transient ischemic attack, carotid disease, raised ICP, cerebral oedema, glaucoma, ocular surgery, difficult mechanical ventilation/ decreased vital capacity, lower limb ischemia and docking interval less than 2hrs or more than 3hrs.
