Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No history of diabetes Persons with two or more of the following risk factors Positive family history of diabetes Body Mass Index >=25kg/m2 Waist Circumference Male >=90cm / >=Female 80cm Hypertension Sedentary Habits AND Baseline HbA1c 6.0% - <6.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known Diabetes Other illness, unsuitable for participation Unwilling to participate
