Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chest trauma patients with hemothorax, pneumothorax and both consenting for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent invasive treatment intervention outside GTB hospital and who are not amenable to follow up
