Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1)20-60 year old males and females with weight of approx 40 -70 kg. 2)They should not have more than two cups of tea or coffee per day or any other drink and not taking any vitamin supplements or any other medications. 3)With mild to moderate periodontitis with clinical attachment loss of This selection is based according to American Academy of Periodontology (1999): the classification of severity is as follows: •mild: 1-2 mm of clinical attachment loss •moderate: 3-4 mm of clinical attachment loss •severe: > 5mm of clinical attachment loss
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with any systemic diseases. 2)Free from the use of any concurrent medications. Use of any similar product or mouthwashes 3)Patient with any orthodontic and prosthodontic appliances. 4)Patient with oral abusive habits like smoking, alcohol intake and betel nut chewing or any other form of tobacco. 5)Pregnant or lactating mothers. 6)Patient who have undergone any periodontal treatment done in last six months.
